Özet
Bu çalışmada, çörek otu (nigella sativa), badem (Prunus Dulcis), chia (Salvia hispanica), defne (Laurus Nobilis L.), sarı kantaron (Hypericum Perforatum) ve hindistan cevizi (Cocos Nucifera) bitkilerinden elde edilen uçucu ve sabit yağların, tüp dilüsyon yöntemi kullanılarak, Gram pozitif bakterilerden Staphylococcus aureus, Gram negatif bakterilerden Escherichia coli ile Pseudomonas aeruginosaya karşı antimikrobiyal etkinlikleri değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlara baktığımızda, E.coli üzerine farklı değerlerde etki etmiştir. Prunus Dulcis; 25 µl/ml, salvia hispanica; 12,5 µl/ml, nigella sativa 25 µl/ml, laurus nobilis; 25 µl/ml, cocos nucifera; 12,5 µl/ml, hypericum perforatum; 25 µl/ml oranlarda antibakteriyel etki göstermiştir. S.aureus üzerine prunus dulcis; 25 µl/ml, salvia hispanica; 25 µl/ml, nigella sativa; 0,21 µl/ml, laurus nobilis; 12,5 µl/ml, cocos nucifera; 12,5 µl/ml, hypericum perforatum; 25 µl/ml oranlarda antibakteriyel etki göstermiştir. P.auregunosa üzerine ise prunus dulcis; 25 µl/ml, salvia hispanica; 25 µl/ml, nigella sativa; 25 µl/ml, laurus nobilis; 25 µl/ml, cocos nucifera; 25 µl/ml, hypericum perforatum; 25 µl/ml oranlarda etkinlik gösterdiği görülmüştür. Bitkilerin hem Gram-pozitif hem de Gram-negatif bakterilere karşı anti-bakteriyel aktiviteye sahip oldukları gösterilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, bakteri türlerine karşı antibakteriyel aktivitelerden sorumlu ümit verici bileşikler bulma olasılığı açısından bitki türlerinin seçilmesi için bir kılavuz görevi görebilir.
In this study, using tube dilution method of essential and fixed oils obtained from nigella sativa, Prunus Dulcis, Salvia hispanica, Laurus Nobilis L., Hypericum Perforatum and Cocos Nucifera plants, Staphylococcus aureus from Gram positive bacteria, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa antimicrobial activities against it have been evaluated. When we look at the results obtained in the study, it had different effects on E.coli. It showed antibacterial effect at the rates of Prunus Dulcis; 25 µl / ml, salvia hispanica; 12,5 µl / ml, nigella sativa 25 µl / ml, laurus nobilis; 25 µl / ml, cocos nucifera; 12,5 µl / ml, hypericum perforatum; 25 µl / ml. It showed antibacterial effect at the rates of on S.aureus, Prunus Dulcis; 25 µl / ml, salvia hispanica; 25 µl / ml, nigella sativa; 0,21 µl / ml, laurus nobilis; 12,5 µl / ml, cocos nucifera; 12,5 µl / ml, hypericum perforatum; 25 µl / ml. Plants have been shown to have anti-bacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. These results can serve as a guide for selecting plant species that can maximize the likelihood of finding promising compounds responsible for antibacterial activities against bacterial species.
