dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Hatay ilinde görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenleri ile diğer branş öğretmenlerinin okul ortamında maruz kalabilecekleri mobbing ile örgütsel iklim algılarının belirlenmesi ve aralarındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2016 – 2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında Hatay il ve ilçe merkezlerinde görev yapan 732 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni, 266 görsel sanatlar, 253 müzik öğretmeni; örneklemi ise bu evren içinden tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile seçilen 223 beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni, 109 görsel sanatlar, 102 müzik öğretmeni olmak üzere toplamda 434 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Einarsen ve Raknes (1997) tarafından geliştirilen, Cemaloğlu (2007) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan Olumsuz Davranışlar Anketi "NAQ (Negative Acts Questionnaire)" ile Steve Hoy ve Tarter (1997) tarafından geliştirilen, Yılmaz ve Altınkurt (2013) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan "Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği (ÖİÖ)" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde, SPSS 20.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılımına bakmak için Kolmogorov-Smirnow testi yapılmıştır. Alt problemlere bağlı verilerin çözümlenmesinde t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Oneway ANOVA) ve korelasyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin Olumsuz Davranışlar Anketi ve Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği puan ortalamaları dikkate alındığında; cinsiyet, kıdem yılı, branş farklılıkları, spor yapma durumları ve kolerasyon sonuçları dikkate alındığında anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fakat öğretmenlerin Olumsuz Davranışlar Anketi ve Örgütsel İklim Ölçeği puan ortalamaları dikkate alındığında; yaş ve medeni duruma ilişkin herhangi bir anlamlı farklılık olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the purpose is to analyze physical education and sports teachers' and other branch teachers' mobbing and organizational climate perception and relationship between these two concepts that could occur in school environment. Study universe consisted of 732 physical education and sports teachers, 266 visual arts teachers and 253 music teachers working in Hatay city and province centers during 2016-2017 academic years; sample of this study consisted total of 434 teachers with 223 physical education and sports teacher, 109 visual arts teachers, 102 music teachers that were selected from study universe with random sampling method. As data collection tool, "NAQ (Negative Acts Questionnaire)" developed by Einarsen and Raknes (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Cemaloğlu (2007) and "Organizational Climate Tool (OCT)" developed by Steve Hoy and Tarter (1997) and adapted to Turkish by Yılmaz and Altınkurt (2013) was used in this study. SPSS 20.0 package program was used for data analysis. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied to check normal distribution of data t-test, one-way variance analysis (One-way ANOVA) and correlation analysis was applied to analyze data linked with sub-problems. Results of this study shows that when teachers' Negative Behavior Survey and Organizational Climate Scale average scores are considered, there are significant differences for gender, seniority, branch, doing sports and correlation results. However, when teachers' Negative Behavior Survey and Organizational Climate Scale average scores are considered, there are no significant difference for age and marital status.en_US
