Özet
Kok fabrikalarında kullanılan refrakterlerin özenle üretilmesi, korunması ve örülmesi gerekmektedir. Kok Bataryaları bir kez devreye alınabilmekte ve yaklaşık 40 yıl sürekli işletmede kalmaktadırlar. Bu sebepten özellikle devreye alma dönemi (heating up) bataryanın ömrünü direk etkilemekte ve çok titiz olarak uygulanmalıdır. Devreye alındıktan sonra bataryanın birçok bölgesine müdahale edilememektedir. Refrakter malzemenin kalitesi, örüm kalitesi ve heating up süreçleri hayati önem arz etmektedir. Ayrıca batarya ömrünün uzun tutulabilmesi için işletme şartlarının da büyük bir disiplinle korunması gereklidir. Bu Çalışmada; kok bataryalarında kullanılan refrakterlerin üretim aşamasından başlayarak, sahaya taşınması, örümün yapılması ve kontrollü bir şekilde ısıtılarak bataryanın devreye alınması çalışmalarının detaylı bir şekilde araştırılmıştır. Kok bataryalarının işletme esnasında yapılan yanlış uygulamalarla refrakter yapının gördüğü zararları ve dolayısıyla kok bataryasının ömrüne etki eden faktörler araştırılmıştır
Refractories which are used in Coke Oven Batteries should be produced carefully and strictly protected and bricklayer. Coke Oven Batteries can be commissioned one time and operated almost 40 years. Therefore Heating Up is an important and complicated technological process before the commissioning of coke oven, its heating up quality has great influence on the service life of coke oven. After commissioning of the Battery, it is not quite possible to reach most places of the battery. More over to extend the service life operation conditions should be kept strictly. In this thesis; Refractories which are used in Coke Oven Batteries is studied from production of the batteries, transportation and warehousing, brick lining and Heating Up stages. Mistakes during operation of Coke Oven Battery which is damage refractories and affects service life of the Battery have been studied.
