ölçümde 0,0810'a yükseldiği görülmüştür.
Objective: The effects of deformation of implant impression copings that are frequently reused in dentistry and the number of uses of implant impression copings that allow acceptable level of impression transfer were investigated. Materials and Methods: For the conventional group, repeated impressions were taken from 3 different implants placed in model jaws, with 5 indirect impression copings for each company. The copings were sterilized at 134 ˚C for 10 minutes between each impressions. The operations were repeated until 10 models were obtained from each coping. Cast models were scanned with an intraoral scanner with a digital impression coping inserted and 3D analysis was performed on the obtained models. For the digital group, repeated scans were performed by placing digital impression copings on the reference model. The sterilization process was applied at 134 ˚C for 3 minutes between each scan. Digital scans continued until 10 models were obtained from 5 digital impression copings for each company. 3D analysis was performed on the obtained digital models. Results: As a result of the statistical analysis, it was seen that the value of 0.0304 in the first measurement of conventional Straumann increased to 0.0702 in the 10th measurement, the value of 0.0522 in the first measurement of conventional Dio increased to 0.1145 in the 10th measurement, and the value of 0.0609 in the first measurement of conventional Mode increased to 0.1047. In addition, it was seen that the value of 0.0149 in the first measurement of digital Straumann increased to 0.0652 in the 10th measurement, the value of 0.0134 in the first measurement of digital Dio increased to 0.0554 in the 10th measurement, and the value of 0.0203 in the first measurement of digital Mode increased to 0.0810 in the 10th measurement. Conclusions: The repeated use and sterilization of indirect impression posts used for conventional impression and digital impression posts used for digital impression were found to cause increased deviations for all companies statistically significantly (p<0.001).
