dc.description.abstractOsmanlı tarihinin en önemli arşiv kaynaklarından birisi olan Şer'iyye Sicilleri, Osmanlı Mahkemelerinde yapılan tüm işlemlerin kaydedildiği defterlerdir. Bu kayıtlar Osmanlı hukukunun uygulamasını gözler önüne serdiği gibi, birçok konuda zengin bilgiler içermektedir. 33 Numaralı Antakya Şerʻiyye Sicili'nde de 1865 – 1866 (H. 1281 – 1283) tarihleri arasında Antakya Kazası'nda mahkemeye intikal etmiş davalara ait kararlar ve başka makamlarca gönderilen yazılar yer almaktadır. Osmanlıca rikʻâ yazısı ile tutulan sicil, 125 sayfadan ve 287 belgeden oluşmaktadır. Miras paylaşımı ve tereke konulu 149 belge; mülk satışı ile ilgili davaların konu olduğu 39 belge; mülk anlaşmazlığı ile ilgili davaların konu olduğu 20 belge; resmi yazışmalarla ilgili 6 belge; miras davası ile ilgili 30 belge; alacak ve verecek davalarının konu olduğu 14 belge, vasi ve nafaka konulu 10 belge; boşanma, nikâh ve mihrin konu olduğu 7 belge; vakfiye olarak 2 belge; görevi kötüye kullanma ile ilgili 1 belge ve diğer konularla ilgili 4 belgenin bulunduğu sicil, 1865 – 1866 tarihlerinde Antakya'nın hukukî, idarî, iktisadî, sosyal ve kültürel yapısı hakkında bilgiler içermektedir. dc.description.abstractŞerʻiyye Registers, which is one of the most important archives of Ottoman history, are notebooks to be enrolledall procedire in Ottoman lawcourt. These registers revealapplication of Ottoman law andalsoinclude importantin formation about a lot of topics. Şerʻiyye Register which is number 33, includes descriptions to be inherited lawsuit in Antakya District between 1865 and 1866 (H.1281 – 1283) and writings are sent to another position. The Register which written in ottoman Rikk'a handwriting, consists 125 page and 287 documents. The register which has informations about legal, administrative, economic, social and cultural structure of 1865 – 1866's Antakya also inculudes 149 documents about sharing heritage; 39 documents about the cases which is about sale of property, 20 documents about the cases which is about property dispute, 6 documents about official correspondence, 30 documents about haritage cases, 14 documents about receivable cases, 10 documents about guardian and alimoly, 7 documents about devorce and wedding, 2 documents about foundation, 1 document about abuse of duty and 4 documents about another subjects.
