| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, transmikserin en önemli parçaları olan ön konsol ve arka konsolların maruz kaldığı kuvvetlerin neden olduğu gerilmeler incelenmiştir. Daha sonra gerilmelerin azaltılması ve daha etkin bir kullanım için parça üzerinde değişiklikler yapılmış ve bu değişimlerin gerilmeler üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır.Çalışmada ön konsol ve arka konsolları üç boyutlu tasarım programı olan CATIA V5R20 yardımıyla modellenmiştir. Bu işlemden sonra hazırlanan modeller paket program olan ANSYS 14.0'e aktarılmıştır. ANSYS 14.0'de gerekli koşullar sağlanarak modellerin gerilme analizi yapılarak ön ve arka konsol geliştirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the stresses which are arised as a result of the forces that are caused by the frontal and rear pedestal bases, which are the most important parts of the truckmixers, are examined. Then, for decrease the stresses and to provide a more effective using, some changes on the parts are realized and the effects of these changes on the stresses are investigated.In the study, the frontal and rear pedestal bases are modelled by the aid of the three dimensional designing program of CATIA V5R20. Follousing the modelling the prepared models are transferred to the packet program of ANSYS 14.0. Providing the necessary conditions on ANSYS 14.0 the frontal and rear pedestal bases are developed by realizing the stress analysis of the models. | en_US |
