Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, Kenger köyü ve çevresinde yerel halkın geleneksel olarak kullandığı bitkileri tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma süresince anket çalışması kapsamında 93 kaynak kişi ile görüşülmüştür. Yörede yürütülen etnobotanik çalışmalar sonucunda; 48 familya ve 96 cinse ait toplam 110 bitki taksonun yöre halkı tarafından kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. En fazla takson içeren ilk 5 familya sırasıyla; Fabaceae (12 takson), Lamiaceae (10 takson), Poaceae (10 takson), Asteraceae (9 takson) ve Rosaceae (6 takson)'dir. Tespit edilen bu 110 bitki taksonun yerel halk tarafından 52'si gıda, 32'si halk ilacı, 11'i baharat, 33'ü hayvan yemi olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca yörede 37 takson da "süs, oyuncak, inanç, el sanatları, kozmetik, yakacak, süpürge, takı, boya, çit çevirme, ağaç işleri ve temizlik" gibi kullanımların olduğu da tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, investigations were carried out to determine the plants traditionally used by the local people in Kenger village and its surroundings. During the study, 93 resource people were interviewed within the scope of the survey study. As a result of ethnobotanical studies conducted; a total of 110 plant taxa belonging to 48 families and 96 genera were found to be used by the local people. First five families with the highest taxa are; Fabaceae (12 taxa), Lamiaceae (10 taxa), Poaceae (10 taxa), Asteraceae (9 taxa) and Rosaceae (6 taxa). Out of these taxa, 52 are used as food, 32 as folk medicine, 11 as spice and 33 as animal feed by the locals. In addition, 37 taxa have been found to be used as "ornamentals, toys, beliefs, handicrafts, cosmetics, fuel, broom, jewelry, painting, fencing, woodworking and cleaning".
