| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Bu çalışmada, İvesi toklularında besi performansıve EAAP yöntemine göre karkas özelliklerinin tespitiamaçlanmıştır.Yöntem ve Bulgular: Çalışmada, toklular bireyselbölmelerde 91 günlük yoğun besiye alınmıştır. Çalışmasonunda elde edilen karkaslar EAAP metoduna göreparçalanmış ve her bir parça için ayrım yapılmıştır.Çalışmada besi başı ve sonu canlı ağırlıkları sırası ile 34.7± 1.73 kg, 59.8 ± 1.84 kg, beside ortalama günlük canlıağırlık artışı, ortalama günlük yem tüketimi ve yemdenyararlanma oranları sırasıyla 275.8 ± 14.60 g, 2067.1 ±51.54 g, 6.4 ± 0.48 olarak hesaplanmıştır.Genel Yorum: İvesi toklularda uzun süre yapılanbesilerde, karkas kalitesi düşmekte ve yemdenyararlanma oranı yükselmektedir. Bu durum üretimekonomikliğini düşürmektedir.Çalışmanın Önemi ve Etkisi: Ülkemizin kırmızı etihracatında diğer ülkeler arasında yerini alabilmesi vekoyunlarda standart karkas parçalama için EAAPuygulanabilecek bir yöntemdir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Aims: The aim of this study was to determine fattening performance and carcass characteristics of yearling Awassi sheep according to EAAP method. Methods and Results: In the study, the Awassi yearlings were fed for 91 days with intensive fattening in individual pens. The carcasses obtained from at the end of the study were cut according to EAAP method and dissection was performed for each part. At the end of the study, intial and final live weight, the average daily live weight gain, average daily feed consumption and feed utilization rates were calculated as 34.7 ± 1.73 kg, 59.8 ± 1.84 kg, and 275.8 ± 14.60 g, 2067.1 ± 51.54 g, 6.4 ± 0.48 respectively. Conclusions: For long-term, fattening performance of Awassi yearling carcass quality decreases and feed utilization rate increases. This situation reduces production economics. Significance and Impact of the Study: In order to our country to take its place among other countries in red meat export and applicable for standard carcass dissection, EAAP is suitable method. | en_US |
