| dc.description.abstract | Göç tarih boyunca canlılığını koruyan, gönüllü veya zorunlu sebeplerle insanları bir yerden başka bir yere gitmeye iten sosyal bir olgudur. Göç olgusu göç eden insanlar ile göç edilen yerdeki insanlar arasında sosyo-kültürel ve ekonomik ilişkileri değiştiren ve yeni bir ilişki ağının kurulmasını sağlayan bir süreçtir. Suriye'de 2011 yılından beri sürmekte olan iç savaş sebebiyle insanlar göç etmek zorunda kalmış ve dört milyona yakın Suriyeli Türkiye topraklarına sığınmıştır. Türkiye göç eden bu insanlara güvenlik, barınma, gıda, sağlık ve eğitim gibi sosyal hizmetleri sınır bölgelerindeki kamp veya çadır kentlerde sunmuştur. Geçici koruma altına alınan Suriyeli sayısının fazlalaşması ve imkânların yeterli olmaması sebebiyle Suriyelilere şehirlere giriş izni verilmiş ve şehirlerde çeşitli sosyal hizmetler sunulmaya devam edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı geçici koruma kapsamındaki Suriyelilerin sosyal hizmet konusundaki algısını ölçmek ve bu ölçüm neticesinde Suriyelilerin sosyal hizmet sağlayıcılara ve yerel halka olan bakışını incelemektir. Araştırmada hem nicel hem nitel veri analizi yöntem ve tekniklerine yer verilmiş olup karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Sahada nicel araştırma yöntemi olan tarama modeli kullanılmış ve katılımcılara anket tekniği uygulanmıştır. Buna yönelik olarak 19 soruluk gönüllü katılımcı formu oluşturulmuş ve 150 katılımcıya ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların vermiş olduğu cevaplar SPSS programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiş ve analizlerin sonuçları çalışmanın bulgular kısmında tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Bununla birlikte nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan ve anketlerde de yer verilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu soruları aracılığı ile görüşmeler yapılarak nitel veriler toplanmıştır. 150 katılımcı arasından rastgele olarak seçilen on Suriyeli katılımcı ile derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmış ve bu görüşmelerin bulgularına temalar halinde çalışmada yer verilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda Suriyelilere sağlanan sosyal hizmetlerin Suriyeliler tarafından bilindiği ve kullanıldığı, sunulan sosyal hizmetlerden memnuniyet duydukları ancak Suriyeli bakış açısıyla yerel halkın Suriyelilere verilen sosyal hizmetlerden rahatsızlık duyduğu tespit edilmiştir. Suriyelilerin Türkiye'deki verilen sosyal hizmetleri yeterli bulduğu ve sosyal hizmetlerin devlet tarafından verildiğinde daha verimli ve etkili olacağını düşündüğü görülmüştür. Suriyelilerin Türkiye'de sunulan sosyal hizmetlerden hak sahibi olarak faydalanmak istedikleri ve iş bulma konusunda sağlanan sosyal hizmetleri daha verimli ve etkili gördükleri saptanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Migration is a social phenomenon which has survived throughout history and causing people to move from one place to another for voluntary or involuntary reasons. Migration phenomenon is a process changing economical and socio – cultural relationships between the people who migrate and people in the place of migration and creates a new network of relationships. Due to civil war that has been ongoing in Syria since 2011,people have been forced to migrate and nearly four million Syrian people have taken refuge in Turkish lands. Turkey has provided social services such as security,sheltering,nourishment,health and education to these Syrian refugees in camps or tent cities on the borderlands. Due to the increasing number of Syrians under temporary protection and inadequate resources, they were granted permission to enter cities, and various social services have continued to be provided to them in urban areas. The aim of this study is to present a holistic view of the social services provided to Syrian refugees from a rights-based perspective , while also measuring the awareness and perception of Syrian migrants about social services, and reaching some findings about the perspective of Syrians on social services and local community from perspective of Syrian people.In research.Both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and techniques were included in the research and mixed research approach was used.In the field,survey model which is a quantitative research method was used and questionnaire technique was applied to participants. For this purpose , a voluntary participant form of 19 question was created and reached 150 participants. The responses given by participants were analyzed through the SPSS programme and the results of anlaysis were presented in the findings section of study in tabular form.In addition , the qualitative data was collected through interviews by interview form questions that is quantitative research method and took place on questionnaire. The interviews were conducted profoundly with 10 randomly selected Syrian participants among 150 participants and the findings of these interviews were included in the study in the form of themes. The results of the research show that Syrian refugees are aware of and use the social services provided to them,and are satisfied with the services received,but from the perspective of Syrians ,the local community is uncomfortable with the social services provided to Syrian refugees. It was determined that the Syrian refugees consider the social services provided by government in Türkiye to be sufficient and that they believe social services provided by government would be more efficient and effectiveIt was also determined that Syrian refugees want to benefit from social services in Türkiye as entitled and that they consider the social services provided in finding employment to be more effective. | en_US |
