Özet
Bu çalışma 2016 yetiştirme döneminde Dicle üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alanında, Stoville-468 pamuk çeşidinde farklı doz ve zamanda uygulanan yaprak döktürücünün pamuğun verimi, lif kalitesi, çırçır randımanı, meyve dalı, koza ağırlığı, bitki boyunun nasıl bir etki ettiğini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, yaprak döktürücü dozları (0, 40, 60, 80 ml/da) ana parsellere, uygulama zamanları ise alt parsellere gelecek şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Uygulama zamanlarının tespitinde kozaların % 40, 60 ve 80'inin açtığı dönemler esas alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda uygulama zamanı ve dozlarının incelenen özellikler üzerine bir etkisinin olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Denemede meyve dalı sayısı değerleri 10.5-12.9 adet/bitki, koza sayısı 15.2- 18.1 adet/bitki, bitki boyu 80.8-88.3 cm, 100 tohum ağırlığı 8.5-9.6 g, koza kütlü pamuk ağırlığı 4.2-4.84 g, kütlü verimi 269-398 kg/da, çırçır randımanı (%)47.7-49.9, lif kalite özelliklerinden olan lif uzunluğu (%2.5sl) 10.5-29.3 mm, lif inceliği 4.1-4.5 microner, lif kopma dayanıklılığı 27.1-32.8 g/tex arasında değişmiştir. Sonuç olarak Diyarbakır ilinde yaprak döktürücülerin uygulama zamanı olarak kozaların %40-80 oranında açtığı dönemde uygulanabileceğini söyleyebiliriz.
This study was carried out to determine the effect of different defoliant doses and application times on cotton yield, fiber quality, gin yield, fruit branch, cocoon weight, plant height in the Stoville-468 cotton cultivar at the experimental area of Dicle University Agricultural Faculty during the 2016 cultivation period. In the study, defoliant doses (0, 40, 60, 80 ml/da) were placed in the main plots and application times were placed in sub-plotss. For determining the application times, 40, 60 and 80% of the bolls opening times were were taken into consideration. At the end of the study, it was determined that the application times and doses had no effect on the properties examined. Number of sympodial between 10.5 and 12.9, boll number between 15.2 and 18.1, plant height between 80.8 and 88.3 cm, 100 seed weight between 8.5 and 9.6 g, seed cotton weight between 4.2 and 4.84 g, seed cotton yield between 269 and 398 kg da, ginning outturn between %47.7 and 49.9, fiber length (2.5%) between 10.5 and 29.3 mm, fiber fineness between 4.1 and 4.5 microner, fiber strength between 27.1 and 32.8 g / tex ranged . As a result, we can say that the defoliants in Diyarbakir province can be applied in the period when the bolls are opened 40-80%.
